When there is an issue with our products we are here to resolve it! Please note that we do not accept/ refund products sold unless under special circumstances; within reason and at our discretion. We may accept un-used and un-washed Mother Nature products purchased directly from our web-shop and returned within an acceptable period of time of 6 months post-purchase date but at our discretion.

We do replace/ repair faulty manufactured goods within 6 months of purchase so long as the fault is proven to be related to a manufacturing-related problem. Please ensure you follow our user/ care guide (especially regarding the washing care instructions) at all times and seek advice directly from us if unsure. 100% natural fabrics need special care.

We do offer repairs or alterations but we can advise in that regard.
